Unfortunately, I don't share your experience.   One time, an item
arrived poorly packed and damaged, and he completely refused to talk to
me about it, calling me a whining a-hole just because I dared inform
him of the damage.

He was nice until something went wrong, then is a real shyster.   I'd
be afraid to buy from again.
