Humm... A 16-bit Apple IIe?  If you add a Mockingboard and an RGB card does 
it make it a IIgs?  Maybe a IIegs?

This card comes with a software for testing purpose.  I also have a
copy of the original documentation, but it takes time to find out in my
collection box.
