Ah, okay. Hopefully, things have/will change, especially now that the
lines between the machined have been blurred. One of the main reasons I
prefer to work on a PC is that the software and hardware is cheaper and
easier to get.

In school, we were told that when it came time to put our files on CD,
they wouldn't be readable in a Mac, so the teacher suggested finding a
way to have the files saved to CD for a Mac, to send to graphic design
companies that had Macs. Well, like I said earlier, the lines between
the two are starting to blur, so maybe it won't matter as much.
