Although adding some third-party cards, particularly video cards could 
make things marginal; which gave Kensington an opportunity for an add-on 
external fan that was actually useful. They also made one for the 
original Mac.

If you look inside, there is provision for one at the bottom of the 
machine; useful for someone upgrading the CPU and graphics on a Cube.
