Yep. Should be a classic "no problemo". The speed rating is a "max speed
without troubles starting to show up" number. Clocking it slower than
rated speed just means slower, cooler and *POSSIBLY* more
reliable/stable operation. (Assuming the RAM in the system can cope with
that lower clock speed, and therefore, the slower refresh rate)
