Intrec still sells ProTERM, which is IMHO the best comm software for the
Apple II (also good text editing and disk/file utilities). They probably
_still_ haven't updated their page, but the current price is $19.95, not
the $60 they advertise.

I have Apple Access on disk and I've never managed to do anything with it,
but that might be _my_ shortcoming ;-)
