Three sources I know of are
(1) The UltraMacros v4.3 (or "Ultra 4.0") manual has all of the early
and most basic dot commands;
(2) TEXAS II newsletters, available both on paper and on disk (see
TEXAS II newsletter v6.2 - v6.4 or thereabouts for a very complete
list, including some dot commands by writers other than Randy Brandt);
and (3) Will Nelken's two books on UltraMacros programming, especially
the second one.
