A DOS-ordered image has 256-byte track 0 sector 0, followed by t0s1,
then t0s2, and so on.

A ProDOS ordered image has 512-byte block 0, followed by block 1, and so on.

Mapping DOS-ordered images to ProDOS blocks and vice-versa is left as an
exercise for the reader. :-) For example, block 0 is t0s0 and t0s2. There's
a table in Beneath Apple ProDOS.
