ADT doesn't support 3.5" floppies.  Even if it did, ADT requires that
you have a bootable DOS 3.3 disk.  It sounds to me like this guy has
absolutely no disk for his IIgs.  If this is the case then creating a
bootable DOS 3.3 disk from scratch, while possible, isn't the easiest
thing to do.
