Oops, sorry - meant to say you _could_ pay someone to do it for you.

One tidbit I found that is of interest when writing GSOS images on a
Mac - you'll want to download and use DiskDup+.  See related
information in the Apple II FAQ:
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/apple2/faq/part7/
and look at the very last item on the page,
"012- Can I create standard 3.5" IIgs diskettes on a Mac?"
