I don't know if the seller is "shady". Look, the guy posted this for sale 
here and even gave his email address. Several people with very high feedback 
have bid on this item. The seller may just think what he has it a very rare 
item. Can you blame the guy for trying to get the most out of an auction? I 
agree that this is a very high price for this item but ebay does that all 
the time.
