Speaking as someone who has spent a lot of time trying to guess at the
contents of Apple II files, I would encourage you to ensure that the
files are distinct from anything else that uses REL.  Magic numbers at
the start of the file are always appreciated.  This gets especially
interesting with "INT", which was used by Integer BASIC, the S-C assembler,
and three generations of LISA.

I believe it was also used by one of the disk packers (DDD Pro? I see a 3.5"
disk packed with it), but you can probably ignore that.
