AFAIK the card is very rare, more so than the Apple Superdrive
Controller.  Its essentially the equivelant of the Apple IIc+ drive
circuitry on a card.  Coincidentally, the card's functionality is the
same as Central Point's Universal Drive Controller which was
extensively available during the late 80's.

The 1.44M Superdrive works exactly like Apple's 800k 3.5" drive when
not hooked to a Superdrive controller.
