If Joe has a distribution contract for Convert/LemminGS, he might
still have a say on how it gets distributed.  Not sure how that works,
especially now that Brutal Deluxe is no more.  As I understand it,
when a company "goes away", the rights revert to... someone.  Does
that automatically invalidate an agreement with a distributor?

It's interesting to see this product in particular (possibly) enter
freeware status, especially after the blazing rows surrounding it in
days long past.
