These for the most part are young kids or a really supid adult, I have 
seen these posts from other countries in Spanish and other, with the 
same 800 phone number for the USPS. When the use Paypal all hell brakes 
loose.

I remember years ago when I ran my BBS, right after Christmas I would 
get all kinds of calls, with postings and e-mail to just about all the 
users, then they would vaporize.
