For starts, http://www.the-tomodachi.com:8086/appledos.zip contains the 
copies I have of 3.1, 3.2 (][ and ][+ versions), 3.2.1, 3.3 (1980) and 3.3 
Sample (1983), along with the files from 3.3 Master (1983).

I too am interested in all DOS and ProDOS versions and have most.
