Well, today is NOT a good day. Let me explain.
I am in the middle of restoring an original 1977 Rev 0 Apple II that
needs some board repair work done. I was bringing the Apple II home
from work and somewhere during the trip the top of the rosin/flux
remover can came off, spilling it's contents over the
keyboard...result, melted keys everywhere. Most are stuck solid. I'm so
upset!
So now I have to look for a keyboard to replace it.
I'm looking for a sympathetic soul who has an Apple ][ keyboard they
would want to sell, hopefully an early one, but I'm not too fussy. It
definately needs to be the raised 'Power' light type, and not the flat
one that came with the Apple ][+.
