Re: ADB Joystick on a GS

Thought I'd give an optical one a try - besides it was a Gravis.
Figured it would operate way smooth and not require any recalibrations.

I'm still looking for an optical ADB mouse that I can use on the GS.
That way I can get rid of my rat mat... errr. mouse pad. Some one
mentioned an A+ mouse, but I can't find 'em anywhere.

That was me--but the A+ mouse is a "1st generation" optical mouse,
which requires a special reflective pad with vertical and horizontal
stripes (of different colors).

Your best bet might be a "Bitmouse" card plus an optical PC "bus"
mouse--if there were any... ;-(

Maybe an AT mouse adapter would be a good thing for someone to
offer--I recall that a couple of folks have made them.
