I've had pretty good luck with DOS Master -- the 800K disk images with
cassette programs that I posted recently use 5 140K DOS Master partitions.
Using it on a hard drive is a bit more awkward, especially since I believe
it requires the blocks to be sequential (defragmenting the hard drive is
a Bad Idea).
