Warren, thanks a bundle. It does help. I will keep the wiki up as long
as there is interest or at least hope. It's nice to know that some
people, like yourself, are willing to help out.

Simon, the whole point of a wiki is collaboration, however, you've no
need to write articles if you have nothing particular to contribute (or
simply don't want to). Just ignore the red links-- those denote
non-existent articles that need to be written.
