Yes, is there a way to d/l from google the 56354 csa2's posts (all) ?
i.e., is there a google nntp server ?
(now 56355 posts)

This would be a good idea. Although google is stable for now, who
knows what will happen in a few years. They got rid of
comp.binaries.apple2, who knows what valuables were lost there. They
might start retaining only the last 90 days of CSA2* at some point.

Unlikely. Google considers itself a modern day library of
Alexandria (hopefully fireproof ;-).

The resources required to maintain an indefinite archive of
a text group are miniscule compared to either the total resources
of Google or to bragging rights for having a complete archive
of all text newsgroups.

They haven't even dropped comp.sys.apple, so they take the Deja Vu
mantle seriously.
