IN#2 makes the I/O routines of the apple run code at $c200 instead
of the Apple ROM (apple ROM contains code that gets input from
KEYBOARD)
when you type IN#2(return) the Apple II no longer runs the keyboard
code, and instead runs code at Cx00, where x = slot
pressing keys should not result in them being displayed to screen,
only characters received from the Serial port should.
Press control-reset to set IN#0 (IN#0 = keyboard code in ROM)
