Probably a Mac keyboard. If you let it dry out completely, it may work again. Water doesn't usually cause permanent damage.

Good advice.

And any damage is likely just the multiplex wiring for the
bottom row of keys.  Leakage or an open circuit could cause
the symptoms you describe.
