The two are the same (15.75 kHz hsync, 59.94 Hz (?) vsync).  From the product
description, though, it doesn't look like it handles analog RGB.  CGA is
digital RGB.  The analog input on the card is a simple bypass, so no scan
conversion would be done on it.
