Close... "Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair". An acronym

I've tried it set both ways, Terminal and Modem... Same symptoms both
ways. I even made sure Communications Mode was enabled, per the
manual.
Heck, I even tried it set up in Printer mode, per the SSC manual and my
IWII manual. Other than no longer echoing on the II's display, it
exhibited the same issue...
