Finally figured out the cracking t00ls

It took me long enough!  I'm thinking I might try cracking some other 
stuff.  Castle Wolfenstein is a basic by-the-books crack, but I managed to 
do it and I think I've got it down old-school.

It's nothing big, but I've only seen a .nib out there and this is a .do 
~.^ so you can ADT it.  Though, I did plaster the title, that's easy to 
fix if you want to unplaster it.

In addition to the crack which was just a matter of reading someone's old 
dox and is therefore a lame-ass crack, I added an accelerated DOS, so it 
ought to load a bit faster.
