Use ProSEL Mr. Fixit and check the volume.
On a side note for Mr. Fixit, if you ever have to use Main Directory
Repair, the answer to "Assume Valid Bitmap" is Always *NO*. Just like
redeeming credit card miles. The answer is always NO.
Copy II Plus usually crashes like that if it encounters anomalies in
the file system.
Have you tried another copy of the program, perhaps, too?
