Cable construction queries...

I'm hoping to build a trigger in/out cable for my DX-1 sampler to
synch with some homemade software. It looks like this should be a fairly
simple project involving a paltry 3 wires, thus:

               A2 Game Port 

                1       16
Trig In (PB0)   2       15  Trig Out (AN0)
                3       14
                4       13
                5       12
                6       11
                7       10
       Ground   8        9

easy enough... HOWEVER, I would prefer to use the IIe's external game
port, if possible, but have not been able to figure out if Annunciator 0
exists on the 9-pin socket and which pins correlate. Some expert guidance
would be appreciated :)
