Any good electronics store (something with a name like "Marvac" or
"Orvac" or something -- NOT Radio Shack) will have a huge supply of
these batteries in stock for $5 each. Some will have leads pre-soldered
to them, while others look like half of a AA battery (some of these
also have larger "nipples" than others).

If you are really uneasy about soldering something in, you could buy a
battery with leads from said store, attach alligator clips to the
leads, and then clip onto the motherboard battery leads, and then
secure the battery with velco or zip ties.

I would NOT get that slip-on battery from ebay. It must be 10-years old
by now.
