If you have the original Castle Wolfenstein, you will find that the
sector numbers in the sector address headers are doubled after track 0.
This seems to be true for most Muse 13-sector disks. CiderPress can read
the disk because it knows about that specific format (open a Wolfenstein
.nib image in the disk sector viewer).
