GRRRR I had forgotten how slooowww scanning is. Anyway, I have started
(slowly) scanning it already. When all the pages are scanned I'll pack
them together in a .pdf, but meanwhile i'm saving them as .pngs

There are 400mb+ free space in this website, so i have put some other
pdf's there that may be useful.
 
**I would not mind at all if somebody sends me some more, interesting,
.pdfs to put there.
