"Apple II Basic Programming Manual" now available in PDF

Hello,

I've scanned the first one, it's the "Apple II Basic Programming 
Manual", which is Apple's 1978 introductory self-teaching book on 
Integer BASIC (and indeed AFAIK Apple's only book on Integer BASIC apart 
from the short reference section in the "Red Book".) The book is similar 
to the later and more widespread "Applesoft Tutorial".

Given that I'm on dialup and the file is 13MB in size, I'd love to mail 
it out (or upload it) only once. If anybody here feels like hosting 
this, I'd be grateful.
