Yes, but it did receive at least one minor revision.  The Apple II+
ROM version didn't accept lower case keywords, while some of the later
models did.

They weren't modifications to Applesoft.  Apple started with a clean
slate.  Apple /// Business Basic was written by Don Denman, who also
wrote the unreleased MacBASIC (a victim of blackmail by Microsoft).
