that loaded either Integer or Applesoft depending on which one
was not in ROM.

It contains three files: FPBAS.DATA, INTBAS.DATA (24 blocks each) and BOOTSIM.DATA (2 blocks).

It looks like FPBAS.DATA and INTBAS.DATA are the same as their DOS 3.3 (1980) system disk counterparts.

BOOTSIM.DATA appears to load at $D00. That is all I can determine at this time.
