the rana2.bxy isn't a PC format, it's an Apple II format.  I don't know 
what ADT does for transfers.  Does it do files or just disks?  If it 
does just disks, then I think there's a program called CiderPress that 
could convert that Binary2 wrapped ShrinkIt archive into a .dsk file.  
I'm sure someone who knows will pop up and confirm this.

Otherwise if you have the capability to transfer files and have ShrinkIt 
running on your Apple II, then you can just transfer the file over and 
open it with ShrinkIt and write it out to a real disk.
