Unfortunately, no. Newer Macs don't even have 3.5" drives, and the
ones that can be added via a USB connection are incapable of writing
800K disks.
You'll need access to an older Mac, or that serial connection...
The gentleman is perfectly willing to buy the software if
somebody does have the Plus version. He offered a case of beer, but I
suspect something a little easier to mail could be arranged.
This may be your best bet, if someone here has it (likely).
