I have a use for this in dos 3.3 format. I have been using it on a prodos disk and it works ok exept for the Decoder section shows jibberish all the other function, exept the load a file (; any how I just downloaded the file mentioned below and found that stuffit does not know how to deal with it. Bom can't handle it, even OSX unzip could not open it. So i took a look with Hexedit. Humm.... I don't see any code in there. Am i the only one to have this ! I will keep trying to transfer it to a Dos 3.3 .dsk.
BSC is Binscii, and a lot of stuff doesn't handle Binscii anymore. What I did was to get the PDSHRINKITS.ZIP DSK image from http://apple2.org.za/gswv/a2zine/Utils/then made a copy of it, deleted everything but the BINSCII program so there was enough space, then had to transfer the Windows file SIM6502.BSC into the disk.
THEN I had to run BINSCII to turn it into a binary, then I transferred it from there to a DOS 3.3 disk.
THEN (as an interesting...? side note..) I tried for 3 hours put a short BASIC program using the GET command and CHR$(4), only to finally research it and find out that a stupid bug with GET and CHR$ that eats the first character! I don't think all the years I had my real Apple II I ever ran into that bug! What a teeth grinder!
