That would be the PDS-slot based "Apple IIe Card".

Yes, it supports Double-Hi-Res. I've been able to run MouseDesk and you
get that nice colorful fringing effect, accurately emulating the idiosyncracy
of that mode. There is a monochrome toggle option to disable color, giving
you a true (1-bit) 560x192 mode so MouseDesk displays legibly.
Unfortunately I don't have the cable to connect up an Apple 5.25 drive
so I've not done much experimenting and tinkering with my Apple IIe Card
(99% of my Apple IIe/IIc software is on 5.25 floppies).

The standard Finder snap-shot key press works: Command-Shift-3
A Macintosh save dialog box will appear, allowing you to save the
screen shot of the current Apple IIe screen (text or video) as a
"SimpleText Picture". I'm sure that can be converted into a BMP,
GIF or JPEG.
Incidentally, the Apple IIe Card has no hardware to produce video,
all Apple II video modes are generated on the native Macintosh side
using QuickDraw. It's also one of the reasons the card can operate
slower than a real 1 MHz Apple IIe if it's installed in a slower system.
