Uh, your argument here makes no sense. Encouraging Microsoft to make 
Office XML a real open standard does not constitute "stand[ing] by 
Microsoft in it's bid to get Massachusetts to standardize on 
Microsoft-centric vaporware." The one thing says nothing about the 
other. Apple has not, to my knowledge, commented about the Massachusetts 
situation.
