I know it's possible to set the IIgs text colors in software, though I
don't know how. Is it possible to slow the IIgs to 1 MHz in software as
well (and if so how)? Also, how do I set the text colors in software?
I'm thinking of writing a program that forces the IIgs into white on black
text and if possible 1 MHz mode, before loading a modified ROM image (like
NEWBASIC LOADER does), so that programs expecting a 48K ][+ get a high
degree of compatibility.
