plugs into the 16 pin gameport by the looks
of it, or maybe into another chip socket on
the motherboard...

RCA connector female, usually means an
output..

one 3 pin connector,
one 2 pin connector (black and red indicate DC power)

the 3 pin connector probably connects to 3 pin video
OUT connector on the motherboard...

what the purpose is, I don't know.  You could follow
the traces and figure it out.

the 3rd picture shows that the socket on top is a
passthru for whatever you plug the board into.
The pins are wired in parallel.

perhaps a software controlled switch to turn signal on/off to an extra
monitor, or projector.
