Errr...
A Mac G5 is literally generations beyond an Apple II - of any flavor.
You want comp.sys.mac.system, or any of several others in the
comp.sys.mac.<insert something here> hierarchy.
That said, Toast will copy data CDs just fine on a Mac, though I can't
speak for whether it's a bit-for-bit copy. You'll end up with the same
usable data on the new disk, but counting on the arrangement of the data
remaining the same probably isn't the greatest idea in the world.
