ANN: nib2d13 and d132nib utilities

Hello,

as mere fallout of my 13-sector "activities" (that's not what my mother 
would call it though ;-), I've created "nib2d13" and "d132nib", two 
small conversion utilities that can turn a ".nib" image into ".d13" 
(only if it's really of a 13-sector disk of course) and the reverse.

They're in the incoming directory of Asimov for the moment, also of 
course available by mail on request - MS-DOS and Linux versions, but the 
DOS versions work well on Windows.

I've used these to create exact .d13 images of the DOS 3.2 master disks 
already available on Asimov.

Much of the source code comes straight from YAE. Thanks to Doug Kwon and
