ANN: Updated ADT with 115200 baud support for ssc

Hello all,

Here is the package, hopefully now all aspects of this is complete...
As it is based on the zip ADT_2004 this zip is ADT_2005 see text below 
for information about what is updated.

Possibly also the ADTgs could have been updated to do higher baudrates, 
though not 115200 baud as I understand, but someone with a gs will have 
to do this.

It is uploaded to asimov and will probably be available from there soon. 
It will probably be available from other archives too but for now you 
might download it from my site with this direct link:

BTW since someone have been in doubt about what assembler to use etc. I 
used Visual C v6.00 with ADTwin, Borland's BCC 3.1 with ADTdos and 
Merlin v2.54 (on ProDOS 8) with ADTssc.
