All one needs is a high value resistor for each input channel, tied
to a comparatively low value resistor to ground.  The higher the ratio
of the two resistors the less the interaction between the channels,

The only problem is that it attenuates the signal, so there is a signal
loss betwen input and output.  After all, it's a passive mixer.
