I think you are missing one important point - The Apple III and Lisa "WHERE"
high end machines. Today they are vintage machines with the value placed on
them by those who still own and use them. For how long these units were in
service, the purchaser has already recouped his original "inflated"
investment. The price is only right if the owner of the Apple III or Lisa
can't find a viable replacement unit that will do the same job. Tiger
Computers have desktop and laptop units (not Apple) that will process
circles around the Apple III or Lisa. Personally, a price of $125 to $150
would be fair. The current asking price is just flat out TOO high! IMHO
