this is prob also a pipe dream (and or already discussed here) but would
apple allow some developer (or group of indv) to modify/upgrade
parts of gs/os or apple dos if they kept a confidentiality agreement....ie
not much in it for apple but PR value...but if they won't release there code
wide open..maybe they would let some former developers from apple or a
non-profit setup to improve what they have with controls
also unlikely..but someone who worked for apple on this stuff back in the
day ..might have the pull to do this as a hobby or vintage
computer kinda thing
prob you'd have to convince jobs to do so...(of course you'd have to contact
him .prob easier to get a nite time visit from kelly rippa)
