ISO electronic versions of A2 tech docs

Getting ready to move here and I'd really like to slim down my collection
of Apple II paper docs, if I can do so without losing the information.

I see there is a site with the A2 Technical Notes in HTML format, but
it appears that the Apple II text files were used as sources, instead of
the original Mac documents with images for the figures. Not critical,
but I'd want to be sure nothing is missing. Plus, I can't see a way to
download them all at once, to have a local archive.

I'm also wondering if any of the IIgs programming books are available in
PDF or HTML form, or if this has been discussed.
