Yeah, I read in one of the files with KEGS that he used both MinGW and
Cygwin but there is no DLL in the Windows version of KEGS v0.91 so I'm
assuming that Cygwin may have been used initially for the Windows port
but is no longer used after the switch to MinGW.
I could be wrong, though. It is just an assumption on my part.
