I googled the name with ANYCARD,
New Hardware for Old Computers
Hans Franke (München, Bavaria, Germany)
This exhibit features an Apple //gs with a prototype of the AnyCard, a
new hardware adapter that adds modern features such as an IDE hard
drive interface, USB port, VGA port, Compact Flash adapter, 1 megabyte
of Flash RAM, and more.

No official anycard sites, and nothing but a general
description.
